Trainer Meeting

What a better way to have a Rök meeting than spinning while watching "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". Not much needs to be discussed in mid winter, but figured we should get together. The course has been picked, driven, and all it needs it to be double checked. Sponsors are together and excited (I hope).

Now all we need to say is train hard and show up!

Almanzo 100

If you don't know about the Almanzo 100 (which most of you race it), you can now sign up 'till the end of the month. It's a great race put on by a motivated director. I believe all of us from the Rok headquarters will see you there. My suggested training, ride in a wind tunnel, 'cause that the kind of wind you will have to conquer.
